SiteNowPro is a website-building service operated by Quantos Media LLC ("SiteNowPro," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using SiteNowPro you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Site content. The text, images, business details, and other content you add to the websites you build with us.
• Lead information. When a visitor submits a contact or quote form on a site you publish, we collect the name, phone, email, and message they provide and deliver it to you.
• Payment information. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data directly.
• Usage and technical data. Basic log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

• To create and operate your account and host the websites you publish.
• To deliver leads from your published site to your email and dashboard.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send service-related messages such as password resets and important account notices.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run SiteNowPro, such as our hosting provider, database provider, payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery provider (Resend). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

4. Content you publish

Websites you publish through SiteNowPro are public by design. Any content you place on a published site, including business details and images, may be viewed by anyone who visits that site. Do not publish information you wish to keep private.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we may retain certain information as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections, access controls, and request rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

• You may access and update your account information at any time from your dashboard.
• You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
• You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails; we may still send essential service messages.

8. Children

SiteNowPro is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
